The Terms and Conditions (T&C) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, form an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of RAFGLO Products and Services by you. Visitors to this web site are bound by the following terms and conditions (“terms”) so please read the following terms carefully before continuing to use this site. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions from time to time. Rafglo may add to or change or update these Terms of Use, from time to time entirely at its own discretion. You are responsible for checking these Terms of Use periodically to remain in compliance with these terms. Your use of a Site after any amendment to the Terms of Use shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and you also agree to be bound by any such changes/revisions. The tariffs/charges applicable to the subscribed plans shall be payable in advance. Such charges are strictly non-refundable, as the service is offered on a prepaid basis. Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 18% shall not be levied over and above the plan charges. This is included in plan charges. All plans and offers are subject to modification, variation, or discontinuation at the sole discretion of Rafglo, without prior notice. Renewal tariffs may vary and are not guaranteed to match the initial offer. Tariffs may also differ across locations. All tariff plans and offers are subject to guidelines, directions, and orders issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and/or the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). The internet speed committed under a plan is applicable up to the LAN port. Wi-Fi speeds are dependent on customer premises coverage and device performance, for which Rafglo shall not be held liable. Any misuse, including fraudulent usage, unauthorized telemarketing, or commercial exploitation of the broadband service, shall entitle DGPL to discontinue the connection forthwith, without liability. Rafglo reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or replace these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to tariff plans, at any time. Such modifications, when posted on the company’s official website, shall be deemed to have been read, understood, and accepted by the subscriber. In the event of a billing dispute, subscribers shall submit their concerns via email to support@getglobalnet.com. Disputes will ordinarily be resolved within 5–7 working days. Valid claims shall be compensated through a discount, validity extension, or credit note, as determined by Rafglo.
